Title: Appointment Setter.
Reports To: Reports directly to Showroom Manager.
Key Role: To call already interested customers and booking appointments.
Scope: To extend our exceptional customer service experience through the appointment booking process. To contact potential customers that have expressed an interest in our company and guide them through the overall appointment process. Your ultimate goal is to aid our Sales Designers and franchisees so they gain great quality appointments with delighted and expectant customers.

The right candidate will be organised, also punctual and have great customer service skills. You must have a motivation for sales too. You will be responsible for turning interested customers into firm appointments for our Sales Designers locally and our franchisees across the country.
Working out of our Showroom in Southbourne Grove, you will be using our own bespoke computer systems. Calling customers, organising diaries, and coordinating appointment times to make the most of a Designer’s time. Full training given but some experience in a similar role will be a bonus although not essential.
As the fastest growing shutter company in the UK, the right person will have great scope to progress their career.
Who we are looking for: We are looking for a natural at customer service. Someone with drive and ambition to aid in making sales. Organised and computer literate.
You should be approachable and work well as part of a team.
