A note to Just Shutters from a customer
With thousands of happy customers and hundreds of 10/10 reviews on checkatrade.com we could become used to high praise, but we never, ever take it for granted. We believe in the old saying ‘you are only as good as your last customer’ and employ this philosophy to all we do.

Hi Just Shutters,
At last, time to sit down and read your quotation …. thanks so much for re-sending it and although I still can’t seem to print it off, at least it was big enough for me to read !
I enjoyed meeting you on Wednesday and I thought you were very professional. I liked very much that you had plenty of samples with you and really know your product.
As a matter of interest, your quote came out at 196 pounds less than your competitor who quoted for us on Monday. But since he had no samples to show us and didn’t seem as knowledgeable, we had already decided we wouldn’t use him.
This is what we have decided : we would like to go ahead with 1) Kitchen side 2) Kitchen rear 3) Utility 4) Boot Room Side 5) Hallway.
Thanks again, I look forward to hearing from you. I probably won’t be near my email much during the day tomorrow, although I always check them first thing and again late afternoon. But I will have my mobile on me if you need to do an over-the-phone deposit.
