What happens during a home design visit?
Your designer will arrive smartly presented and ready to help, no pushy sales talk, just practical advice.
You’ll explore styles and samples together, talk through your preferences, and we’ll measure your windows. We’ll design your shutters with you, and discuss costings that include installation and VAT.
Everything is designed to be helpful, not overwhelming.
When do I know your prices?

What can I expect from the fitting team?
When your shutters are ready you will be given a call and an appointment will be made for the installation of your shutters. The installation process is a breeze and we promise to leave your home more beautiful than we found it, from keeping disruption to a minimum, through to vacuuming up after ourselves, we will make sure you are delighted with our shutters and our people.
What aftercare can I expect?
When your shutters have been fitted you will not need to do anything, just sit back and enjoy the beautiful addition to your home, however, should there be any little niggles we are just a phone call or email away, our team are on hand to take your questions or solve any issues and you can rest assured your shutters are lifetime guaranteed so however long you own your home with your shutters we are there for you if you need us. However the occasional dust with an ostrich feather is really all you should ever need to maintain your shutters as perfect as the day they were fitted!.
