Track system shutters
A track system is used to support the weight of the shutters over exceptionally wide windows or doors (over 2 metre wide) The picture of the full height shutters below is an example of a track.
This photos is with an 89mm louvre and a mid-rail. The customer went for the hidden/silent tilt rod.
Silent Tilt Rod
For a more minimalist look, instead of the standard tilt rod on the middle front of each shutter, a small metal bar is hidden behind, vertically attached to the edge of the slats. Available in 64mm, 89mm and 114mm slats.
