The Home Design Visit
The home design visit is where everything starts to take shape.
One of our experienced designers will show you samples and guide you through styles, materials and finishes, offering clear, practical advice tailored to your windows and how the space is used. It’s a collaborative process, not a sales pitch.
We’ll measure your windows, design your shutters with you and talk through the options, ensuring everything is right for your space and aligned with the look you want to achieve.
Within a few days, you’ll receive a clear, detailed quotation, giving you everything you need to make a confident decision, with no pressure and no surprises.
The Timeline, Designed Around Your Timeframe
Once your order is placed, your shutters begin their journey. Because all of our shutters are made to measure, each set is crafted specifically for your windows, ensuring a precise fit and a clean, well-finished look that feels part of your home from the outset.
Depending on your timeframe and the type of solution you’re looking for, there are two approaches to consider.
SilkWood – 4 Week Lead Time
For homes where timing is a key consideration, our SilkWood range offers a faster, high-quality solution, without compromising on design or finish.
Designed for standard window shapes, SilkWood shutters can be installed in just four weeks. Available in 19 carefully selected, on-trend colours and crafted from a durable engineered composite, they offer a well-considered solution, particularly in kitchens, bathrooms and high-use areas, where moisture resistance and long-term performance are important.
Core Shutter Ranges – 10 – 12 Weeks
For our core product ranges, the typical lead time is around 10 to 12 weeks from order to installation. This allows for complete flexibility, whether you are choosing shutters for larger glazed areas, bespoke colour finishes or fully waterproof solutions for kitchens and bathrooms. Shaped windows can take a little longer due to the additional design and craftsmanship involved.
This makes them the ideal choice for more bespoke designs or where greater flexibility is needed.
Shutter Installation
Once your shutters are ready, we’ll be in touch to arrange an installation date that’s convenient for you.
Our experienced fitting team will install your shutters with care and precision, ensuring they sit neatly within the window frame for a clean, structured finish.
